Aly graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2013 and has been busy travelling and working in private practice Physiotherapy in Ireland, New Zealand and Australia.  Her background is predominantly in Musculoskeletal/Sports Physiotherapy but in the past 5 years has developed a keen interest and experience in Women’s Health and Pregnancy Physiotherapy. She aims to guide and educate women to stay active and strong throughout their pregnancy, as well as return to high-level sports or activity post pregnancy. She also enjoys helping those with pelvic floor dysfunction return to exercise and regain control over their lives. When she’s not at work she enjoys most outdoor activities including beach and bush walks with her dog, doing Yoga/Pilates classes or watching a good TV series.

Hi, I’m Tamika!

Women’s Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Pilates Instructor

Tamika grew up locally in Bannockburn before moving to Melbourne to study Sports Science. She then made the move further north to Sydney to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University. Tamika has a background is musculoskeletal and sports Physiotherapy but has undertaken further training and education in Women’s Health, Paediatrics and Paediatric Pelvic Floor Physio.

She has a passion for helping people of all ages get back to their full function whether they have just had a baby or are an elite athlete.

Women’s Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Pilates Instructor

Emily is a dedicated Physiotherapist who graduated from James Cook University in Townsville, Queensland, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. With a passion for serving regional communities, she has devoted her career to private practice, where she has honed her skills in providing exceptional care.

Her commitment to professional growth led her to pursue additional studies in Clinical Reformer Pilates, augmenting her expertise in rehabilitation. Currently, she is furthering her knowledge in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. Her comprehensive approach and dedication demonstrates her commitment to empowering women of all walks of life to thrive and reclaim their vitality.

When she’s not working as a Physiotherapist or doing Pilates, Emily enjoys practicing Bowen Therapy and site seeing in and around Victoria since her recent move down South. She also enjoys other activities such as tennis, golf, hiking, and horse riding.
